I got about 500 miles on my fresh engine and finally got the wideband installed. Im getting a ton of knock and always lean as soon as boost comes on(set at 5psi). First my set up is as follows:
6 bolt n/t block
8.5 comp (ross/eagle)
255 pump,afpr set at 39 psi, -6 lines, egts at about 910
gm maft everything is set to zero for mid/wot trims set up for my 650cc inj and idle enrichment is +1,
im still on stock cams, tb,ect......
pte 50 trim, large fmic 216 core, short route piping
ok when i add fuel via the safc it helps very little (but pulls a lil better but still lean) and the knock is instant like i said when ever it see's boost. And the wbO2's are anywhere from 14-20 never rich eventhough it smells very rich. At the moment im kinda leaning towards narrowband being bad but im not 100%. Under wot the narrow bands reads .89-.94 but at idle it always reads .02-.04 and it dosent really move very much. This is driving me nuts if anyone else has a simular set up help me please....................Thx
