Was doing some work on my car, didn't touch the sunroof, or fuses, or wiring in anyway, I was under the hood working on my idle issues. So anyway I get in the car and all so suddenly my sunroof button has no responce, it doesn't make any noises, just nothing. It was working an hour before I went to close it but now its just not working at all, and this is a major problem because it is slightly cracked. So now my sunroof is stuck slightly cracked open, like the weather stripping is up a little bit in the back but it hasn't left the car. This is getting annoying because now all of a sudden, the sunroof stops working as i just fixed my idle issue... :banghead::ohdamn: Anyone else run into these problems? I looked around on the forums and the only thing I found that relates to this was asking about buying a new sunroof motor, not actually fixing the problem... I checked the fuses and nothing is blown, and of course it wont work as soon as it got dark  so im gonna look into it more in the morning, but if anyone has any suggestions on how I may possibly fix this issue, that would really help in my search for the solution tomorrow. Just to add I was starting and shutting the car off repeatedly because I was testing my idle and seeing if any new codes were popping up after I finished fixing my Idle issue.

Havent tried yet, Im gonna take a look in the morning, It would be nice if it would actually function though... When summer gets here ima wanna ride with the top open.. (A/C delete...) :p

Ok I got the sunroof to close, I opened up the compartment for the wires for the sunroof, all good. So I then remembered about the passenger fuses, I checked them all and low and behold, the sunroof fuse is too small... It calls for a 20 and there was a 10 in there, infact alot of the fuses were in slots that dont do anything, and some slots that do something were empty, so I switched everything around, and put all fuses where they belong, the 10 fuse that was in the sunroof slot blew, so i trashed that and grabbed a 20 from one of the slots that dont do anything, popped that in there and the sunroof works now. Thanks for suggestion about manually closing it, I got lucky this time but if something more serious than a fuse happens im gonna use your suggestion to get the roof to close if it happens to be stuck open again. Thanks man.
