Sunroof Question

Will a 2g sunroof fit on a 1g. Reason i ask is i don't like the push up and want electric

I've still not heard a definite answer. It should, there appears to be enough room for it, and the 2G sunroof is pretty much self-contained. Someone last week was talking about having a 1G with a power roof, but I'm sure that was dealer-installed.

It "should" fit. I replaced my headliner and the open unreinforced roof space is HUGE, like as in 4-5" in front and 2-3" around the rest of the roof are reinforced. I am considering the same option but i'm a little afraid of cutting my roof and the contour of the 2g roof not even being close. I'm probably gonna end up buying an aftermarket electric roof instead.
