2G Sunroof original or aftermarket?

i own a 95 eclipse gs now my sunroof only pops up doesnt slide back its jus a pop up one. is it normal or aftermarkt? can it be replaced with the one thaat slides baack?

The OEM sunroof slides back, are you sure its not stuck? The way the OEM ones works is first you push the button and it pops up, then you push it again and it slides back.

im positive mine has no switch at all just pop it up

If it just pops up then it's an aftermarket one. I'm sure they make one that slides back, but to fit our stock one in I think would suck if it's possible. Idk I've always taken mine out and filled them in.

I'm pretty sure some of the early model RS Eclipses had a sunroof like you speak of.
