Suggested coilovers?

For cheap I'd do Emusa for 399.99 on ebay, buy upgraded springs to put on them for like 100 bucks.

You can also do Megan Racing coil overs which are pretty much the same thing but with better springs and more adjustment settings from what I've read. But those are 999.99

As for autox/rally you really need to decide what you are looking to do and your cars race weight with you in it.


By the way, the Emusa coil over stock springs aren't horrible but they aren't exactly performance springs by any means. The coil overs will allow you to slam your car fairly low though. As far as any loss or minimal gain it has been debated but it seems pretty close to stock.

I think it just depends on what you're wanting, and how much you're willing to pay.
I went with a tokico hp blues set, fairly cheap, got rid of the wheel gap, lowered it about 2in, and feels nice on the road.

yeah ive been looking at alot of megans my buddy bought a pair today for 850 for his saab 92x aero (05 wrx wagon) but yeah i just want to tuck that wheel im not looking to camber cause my goal is still mostly performance based but i want it low and no wheel gap with some nice spacers, also dont know what size spacers are suggested. but yeah im still looking for my dream wheel i have another thread about it.

Check out yonaka motorsports coilovers. I love mine and the price is good, got mine from tunerpitstop.com almost two years ago.

Ive heard some good things about D2 Coilovers. Their what im gonna be trying pretty soon here. I think for the RS series their around 1k.

Check out the TEIN flex's, you will be able to remotely control damping from the interior (baller status)
