STUPID QUESTION: What does the symbol right of Check Engine represent?

I'm having countless problems with acceleration and issues with fuel on my 1991 Eagle Talon TSi. The light to to the right of the Check Engine symbol is consistently one when the car is running. It is yellow and looks like a house with pillars. What does it stand for?

I'm running a stock engine I dropped in with simplified setup of the vacuum lines. I removed my MAF Translator and just running an APEXi NEO (sent in to flash it to the proper firmware to work on my car). I also have a wideband A/F gauge and a pocket logger.

PROBLEMS:
It starts and idles properly, but after about 10 minutes of idling, the RPMs dip slightly every 3 or so seconds (shows up on the logger). When driving, it seems like it has the lack of power to move the car. I'm wondering if this lit indicator has anything to do with what may be the issue I am having.

If im not mistaken isnt that the light for the coolant level? it comes on when the coolant reservoir is low, not sure if thats the right one but im just throwing that in

Edit: I'm in the garage now and looked at the logger. It looks like the read out says the fuel actually spikes a little resulting in the fluctuations. Is there a chance I have messed up the vacuum hosing?

Also, I saw the previous post. I'll have to check the sensor on my resevour. The coolant is topped off.

Connector underneath the coolant return bottle is unplugged or wire cut - why that "radiator" symbol is being illuminated.

is the coolant overflow full? well at least half full? Sounds like you also have idle surge. There are quite a few threads and VFAQ articles on the subject.
