I'll get straight to the point. After i let my car warm up and then i go to drive its fine until i get to about 2,500rpm and then it just feels like it hits a wall. And if i floor it then the boost will go to 14 which is what i have it set at but my car just dont do anything.

I suspect a leaky bov. But should my bov be blowing out air at idle? I took off my recirc. hose and looked at it at idle and it was blowing out air. I dont think its supposed to do that but i dont konw for sure.

So if anyone could shed some light on my sit. then that would be great.

Thanks,
Cody

sounds like maybe phantom knock... i had something like this when my knock sensor picked up lifter tick it would retard the timing of the motor, causeing it to not go anywhere... turbo spools hard and peaks out but your not going anywhere.

Ya i knwo i got some hardcore phantom Knock. But my BOV is BLOWINg out air, not sucking it in. Is that normal?

I spose i shoulda clarified. I know i got some phantom knock and its just lifters so im takin care of that as we speak. Oil change/lifter clean.

But about the bov i meant at IDLE its blowing out air. My question was should it or should it not be blowing air out at idle?

it should not be blowing... your turbo isnt spinning fast enough at idle to push air in faster than the natural aspiration can suck it in...

Meaning, at idle, your car sucks more than it blows.

So, air should be getting sucked in through what ever holes there are in the intake (bov)

Yes that is what i thought also, i dont know whats happening. Well thanks for the help guys, i'll see what i can come up with.
