Strange Idle Problem

When I cut my car on it first idles at 1000 RPMs. It will idle there constantly with no problem. After I drive it for a little bit, the RPMs will not drop under 2000 at an idle. If I engine brake all the way past down to 1000 RPM, then it will stay there. There isn't any idle fluctuation, just like it sticks at a different point. What could this possibly be?

Sounds like the idle controll sensor!
