Stock bumper questions...

I like the stock bumper(front/rear) for the '97 Eclipse a lot more than the '96 Eclipse, would the '97 fit on the '96 or will I have to cut it or something??

All you need to do is get the 97-99 headlights too. The bumpers are completely interchangable. The only thing this doesn't apply for is the 97-99 Talon front bumper, because that still uses the 95-96 style headlights. If that makes any sense.

Oh alright, so, I can get the 97 bumper as long as I get 97 headlights? If that's the case, thanks, know anywhere I can find them online for cheap, just the bumpers, I might go look int he junkyard this weekend, but if they are cheap online, I'll just order them? Oh, do I have to get new tail lights too? or are they the same? Sorry for all the questions, .

Yes, if you buy a 97 Eclipse front bumper, you're going to need the 97-99 style Eclipse headlights. The cheapest place I know to get them is eBay, but I really don't know how cheaply they're made. The pain will be finding a 97-99 rear bumper. If I remember right they seem to be a bit more expensive than the front. The taillights are the same throughout all of the years.
