Ok so first off ill list off what i have done to my car.
new spark plugs
re-built turbo
new ISC
new battery
and oil change

So this is whats going on. My car will start up fine when its cold, But when it gets warm and i drive it it will stall when i take my foot off the gas if i put the gas it will run fine. I herd that this sounds like the ISC so i bought a new one and nope. Still stalling. no jerking or anything. So now I'm thinking maybe scene i messed with the turbo and air and what not could this be because i didn't do anything with the BISS screw? 91 eagle talon tsi awd

Oh also when the isc is unplugged idk if this matters but the CEL does not turn on.

also with the ground is it the thing with the little black rubber boot over it? if thats it then its there.

No the green wire with the black boot is the wire to the IPS. The throttle body ground is the brass strap running from one of the bolts that goes through the throttle elbow, throttle body, into the intake manifold, and screws to the top of the throttle body.

Please stay focused. Your idle speeds tell me that the idle circuit isn't working. Fix that and the stalling should go away. Then you can fix the rest of your problems.

Ok so there is 2 red ones (they beeped)
then there is a
black
blue
yellow
white

there all sold colors idk what to do with these because none of them beeped i tesed all the ways i can with them.

You have to run one probe to the ECU connector end and the other probe to the ISC connector end.
The blue wire goes to pin 58
The yellow to pin 59
The white to pin 67
The black to pin 68.

The two red ones go to the MPI relay. To check them you turn the ignition on, set your meter to a volt scale >= 12v and measure the voltage at the female ISC connector on the red pins with your red probe while the black probe is grounded to the car.

so back to the grounding thing i unbolted both of the bolts a little bit and pulled it back a little bit and it brought the idle up to 1k and screwed it back down. But i got a litle question does the ground thats on the throttle body (the strap) can i move where it grounds on the fire wall because i might make a bigger ground for it and clean it up so its got more metal showing.

if that makes scence...

See the phillips screw in this picture. It's holding the ground strap down on this 91 to 94 throttle body.

yes i see what your talking about and now thinking of it i messed with that when i cleaned the TB im gunna go check RIGHT NOW if i didnt put a ground back on witch would not suprise me. THANKS STEVE! ill let you know what i find out

Ok so i looked at that dround strap its sitting there and i can just move it its not holding down anything and i can see anything around it. Dose something screw into it or is that the ground its self the screw just holding it on enuff so it dont fall off.
