Starter signal wire

I sold my buddy my dsm and we can not figure out where the damn signal wire goes.
Can someone take a pic of where it belongs?

Reach in there and feel on top and to the back of the starter... You will feel alittle connecter male side and thats where it goes.... It really shouldn't be that hard

it is already connected to the starter we cant figure out where the other side goes

it goes into the main harness that runs through the engine bay...
