I have a set of Techna-fit ss brake lines I am installing on my '95 Talon AWD, and noticed the rear lines are about 4" longer than the stock lines. When I mock up the install there is a lot of slack, and it looks like there will be a lot of rubbing under the car, unless I put a loop in the line - which doesn't seem right to me. The fronts will fit fine. I have an older set of RRE lines for the same car that were never installed, and they are the same measurements as the Techna-fits.

I checked with the vendor I bought these from; they measured another set they had in stock and they were the same length, and verified I had the correct lines for my car.

For reference: the stock lines I took off are 10.5" long, and the ss lines are 14" long.

Has anyone run into this? Could someone take a rough measurement of their rear ss line so I can compare?
