Help?
Here are the Specs on the vehicle. 1993 Talon TSi Turbo AWD. 91 Engine, Brand new trans/Viscous Coupler. engine has less than 5000 miles on it. Turbo has 100k. Mods are Brode UIC pipe, open air can, xtreme MBC, A/F Gauge, Boost Gauge. Magnecor 7mm wires. crushed BOV. ACT 2600lb press plate/clutch disk.

Incident leading to symptoms. Shop that rebuilt Trans didn't install a seal properly so the fluid leaked out and locked up Coupler, so I have a new coupler. but it locked it up at 70mph and I had to rev the piss out of it to get it off the road. Boost was cranked up. Hit about 20. Got home, after they changed the coupler and checked out the trans. Found Balance belt was broke. Still running though. Changed Balance Belt and timimg belt. Timing belt was off by a tooth. Had some trouble installing timimg belt. not sure if it lined up right, but it all looked good when I assembled it. Parked the car for over 3 years. started once a year and a half ago.

Symptoms. Knocks loud under load. MBC is cranked up high and still will not make more than 12 PSI boost. at idle if reved up, as soon as you let off it dies. shows 20 psi of vac at boost gauge. still goes but a lot slower than before. Anyone got any ideas. I am getting a Data logger but as it is the first one I will have I do not really know how to use it yet. Any pointers would be appreciated and I hope I have been descripitive enough.

I'd guess cam timing. I'd check that first IMO.Good luck
