hi guys im having a problem when i hammer on the throttle my cars makes kind of nails on chalk board nosie and hesatates its like it go stops gos stops but much faster of course i dont know whats wrong its just started to do this. In a earlier post i said my car wasnent boosting past 10 psi well i found out that their was a peice rubber stuck in the turbo compressor side so i removed it and now she boost past 10psi and goes to 17psi but still hesitates when hammering on the throttle so if anybody can give me pointers that would be great

p.s its not fuel cut because the car dosent through any check engine light ive hit fuel cut before and its not that

Check your spark plug boots. I had a similar problem and turned out to be the boots shorting out in to the cylinder head. The cracks are hard to see and will sometimes have what looks like white powder around the cracks. Worth a look.

Check for boost leaks, also make sure you don't have any damage as far as the cold side from the piece of rubber. Yes you're showing 17psi on your boost gauge. But if you're loosing metered air before the combustion chamber you're gonna have issues. Also if you're running a stock 2g diverter valve then you're already leaking at this point. So I hope you're recirculated hopefully otherwise there's your problem.

Id also make sure your running the right spark plugs. Id highly suggest against irridiums and platinums (sorry for the spelling) Ngk brp7es is what id suggest to run, and i definetly would be worried about your turbo if it had something stuck in it and more importantly where did that piece come from and how did it get in there

i would have to agree with the spark plug change or at least checking them and the wires because i had a car that was doing the same thing but it was not a turbo car though hope this helps.

A t25 doesn't have the balls to blow spark out guys. Even with the shittiest of plugs/wires. It could be an electrical issue though where your coilpack is getting jipped of juice.
