anyone in springfield mo that would be willing to help ne with data logging, i have no logger, will travel short way for help, not looking for a free helping hand, but need help with stumbling under more than 40% throttle and high rpms boost is 15psi with 16g and 650cc and mod ecu supporting other engine configerations. thank you

well changing your injectors and not having your ecu set up is gunna make you run really rough, your best bet is to get your ecu flashed for your set up, or get a dsm link with a socketed ecu. In the long run getting dsm link is the best option

the ecu was eporm and socketed, ecu has 650cc and evo 8 maf and air/fuel 10.8 - 11.0, idle set to 850rpm and 93oct, NLTS mod, high speed loop for better highway speeds, basic fuel map for the mods, boost gauge to knock convertion

Oh so you dont have a problem you just want someone to help you log! haha! Ok well you should beable to pick up a pocket logger for kinda cheap off ebay then buy the program. no more then 150$ if you cant find anyone and have the money.

No need for pocketlogger, mmcd is free. You can buy a cable for like 20 bucks of make one for 10. Used palm pilots can be had for 10 bucks on ebay.

I ordered my Palm pilot and cables (one to make the logger cable, the other to charge with and actually use) the other day. Came up to 30 bucks.

I have a problem, just like to know if after the leaks and knock sensor is done, I can see how its running, want 350whp with this setup as a DD
wanted a talon awd turbo since 1993, want a good car with options to kill at the "track" and drive to work and home. any and all help plus this is on a budget, with a dsm thats a loose term

As suggested, MMCD is free and works great. I prefer it over all the other loggers, including the logger for my tuning software. the cable and a palm should cost maybe 25-30 dollars. How much cheaper can you get? This is something you will use constantly. Also, oyu need to run alot more boost than 15psi to get your 350 horsepower. With the logger, you can log your afr's instead of just watching them so you can run a lot more boost and reflash as neccessary.

How do you know oyu are at 40% throttle without a logger?

I would also verify the number on your MAF to insure it is an evo maf and not somhting else. The scaling could be wrong on your chip if oyu are using a different MAF. If you actually have a 3.0 eclipse maf or something, it could be like 35% off.

sorry forgot,, have a safc2 zero out, was in the car before the injector and ecu. from owner before me .. he had 450cc and a 14g
evo 8 (#399) have a aem air/fuel wideband, fixing it today, reading thought this morning saw some with fuel psi with 255hp pump up to 43 psi,, I have no afpr,,, throwing that out there

well, you have almost everyhting you need then. Use the logger to see what is going on. If its tune related, oyu can use your AFC to make adjustments.

You should have appropriate timing in the higher airflow cells with the chip. Once oyu get the car pulling smooth. Crank the boost and use your logger and AFC to make adjustments where they are needed.

Belive it or not DSMs are one of the cheapest cars to make fast, but people think they can be as cheap as they want and thats where they are wrong. DSMers have a bad habbit of jimmy rigging and using off brand(ebay) parts were they shouldnt. Do it right the first time and you wont have as many problems!

well, htis is just inexperience or ignorance to what a logger does. If he understood how important datalogging was, he would not be making this post. he would have bought a logger the day he bought his car.

Actually its not because DSM link was the first upgrade i got when i bought the car
