Okay so I was looking at partsamerica.com I saw these but I have never heard anything about them. E3 Anyone heard anything about these? Any good? Under my car listings these are the ones that came up. I did a search and I saw other models listed are these any good or should I look for others NGK

NGKs are the recommended plug for the 4G63 Turbo engine and have performed in 200-1000HP applications. Don't be fooled by the "dual-electrode-uranium-superplug" or any other plug of the moment. They will cost you more and likely perform poorly.

Now go to the chalkboard and write "I'll only put NGK plugs in my car" 100x ;)

haha nice those E3s look interesting on design at the website, which NGKs should I get I am running stock boost but everyone seems to have a different opinion

how you like it compare to stock? You find better gas mileage? I have almost 200k and I'm thinkin new plugs might help out my mpg so I hope

Plugs are wear items in a car. Over time the gap can enlarge and the electrode/contact can wear (pit, corrosion) causing less spark > incomplete combustion.

I'd go with a stock plug (BPR6ES on my 1G) gapped to OEM specs (check your owners manual or emissions sticker under the hood).

FYI.. if you're really after good fixes to MPG definitely also look into the folllowing:
- Tires inflated to proper psi (can go a little high for better milage)
- All intake boost leaks fixed (need to pressure test)
- Proper wheel alignment/balance
- Air filter clean
- No exhaust leaks
- O2 Sensor working correctly
- Engine compression good (though if poor, nothing other than a rebuild will remedy)
