Just bought a tsi awd. Been doing general "I just bought this car" maintenance and having issues with changing the plugs. Old ones come out just fine with a 5/8 spark plug socket. Anywhere I go to get new ones (Advance/Napa/Autozone) The plugs they give me are entirely too big to fit. In order to tighten them, they require a 15/16 socket? I get the socket about halfway down into the well and it stops. Does not reach the plug. Little help?

The NGK BPR6ES spark plug you should be using should be a 13/16 socket, not a 15/16.

Refer here for your spark plug questions.

Epic informative response Mr. moderator dude. Much appreciated and completely solved my issue. Thank you.
