Ok, i'm running Br8es plugs and today i started to get some breaking up at 15psi on my hx40 2.4l setup, everything is in profile, anyway on with the story. I checked the gap and it had opened up on me to around .32 - .34. I closed this down to a loose .25 and was smooth as pie. I was doing some tuning and playing with the ecu boost control and turned the boost to 19psi and it is breaking up the same as it was before earlier. So my question is what kind of gap you guys run around 19psi and ~500 awhp? This is on 93 octane pump gas btw.

I agree. On stock ignition and 50+ lbs/min of flow I go .018"-.020" on gap. Most of the spark plug gappers don't go that small so I use a feeler gauge.
Wow, I've never gap my plugs that small, but it's good to know. I'm on stock coil, ngk wires and bpr7es, gapped at .028", gt35r 30psi pass 8000 rpm with no issue,(pump gas primary and shell race gas staged secondary)probably just one off, cause a local member ran .022"gap and getting breakup at a lower boost level.

I wired msd where i can simply bypass and run stock ignition and the spark is much more impressive with msd, but i may try swapping and just driving it.
