So.... you don't have a laptop? I don't get it. You say you have DSMLink, but you say you have nothing to tune your car with... I'm confused. :confused:

i don't have a laptop to tune it with or anything thats what im trying to say. what should i do?
 
I would be there but the points opener is the 25th and 26th I finally get to drag race again can't wait to see if I can crack into the 9's on my bike:hellyeah:
 
OK YALL , This saturday at the park and ride on I-5 and 512 meet @ 4pm hang out and wait for everyone that is going to show up then go for a short cruise down to the water front of course this is all wheather permitting :thumb: , so lets hope it is like this weekend that we just had. Keith hit me up if you need any directions as to where we are
 
yeah, im going to try to be there. I just put on my fp evo316g turbo and manifold, BUT the new turbo didnt come with a nipple port to plug my vac line into for boost control so i keep spiking. any ideas as to where to plug into now?
 
Im trying to make it out. I ordered a part that should help me control my boost issues, then we just pray i didnt blow the HG when i spiked at 30lbs! but hoping all works well i should be able to make it out.

What's wrong with 30psi? I run that everyday! :p

I will probably be there this time. I don't see anything stopping me at the moment.

Johnson's Auto Machine here in Olympia did all of the machine work and assembled the shortblock for me. They did great work for me at a good price.

I took the motor out myself and disassembled the short block myself. I bought the rods and pistons off Craigslist for an insane deal. I took the motor and parts to the the machine shop, they checked everything, ordered miscelleaneous parts, machined it, and assembled it for me. Then I put the head and tranny on and dropped it back in the car myself.

Overall, with all parts (pistons, rods, bearings, arps, gaskets, oil pump, timing stuff, etc...), machine work, and assembly, the motor only cost me about $1500 top to bottom. :hellyeah:
