Somthing strange

Well this is for a car i'm planning on buying but he says this is everything bad this is basicly the car i'm wondering if any of it's problems are an easy fix and if the car is worth 3,800?? this is the ad

Front Wheel Drive
Automatic
83,XXX miles
Red/ Black top
Gray cloth interior
Power sunroof

crack in bottom of front bumper
oil in spark plug area of valve cover
small oil leak near oil pressure sending unit?
hatch struts dead
passengers power lock doesn’t work, just manual now
few small scratches and dents (exterior overall 8/10)
couple of cigarette burns in drivers seat (interior overall 8/10)

Most important thing, compression numbers, not from what he told you but from your own test result. I will not buy a car until I'm able to verify the compression numbers myself, oh and the condition of the transmission as well. Good luck.
