i've had my '97 RS for almost a year now but never really did anythin to it performance wise...before i'm gonna start spending money on parts i was wondering if there is ANYTHIN i can do to it without spending money...adjusting anythin, taking off something? anything. thanks

get up under your dash and at the top of your gas pedal is the throttle cable. you'll notice that if you lift up on the pedal there will be some slack in the cable. put a couple zip ties around the part of the cable that sticks out in front of the pedal. the car will seem a tad bit more responsive and at it will open your throttle more when you have it floored.
