some quick questions

1. when i rev it i dont hear bov think its to low or to high
2. dp 2 thing its 2.5 right? and should i get a new one see where the wraping part is gone
3. evo 3 turbo i am leaking oil here, i tighened it little more it was little loose could anything else casue it
4 i need a cat, cant pass inspections in ny .... do i need new dp its not a test pipe
5. what is this, should it be pluged in somehwhere, i was on the passenger side when i took the pic

OK, you don't hear the bov in neutral unless you have a T25 vented.

The new one of these you need is called a flex section. It will come apart over time and cause an exhaust leak. And since you don't have a cat and you need one, I would just get a new downpipe and cat, and keep your cat back, that would take care of your flex section and test pipe. And while it's getting installed, just have them look at your oil line.

And the hangy thing, I have no idea what it is, but I noticed it last week hanging down on the passenger side of my block.
