Laval,
I changed my clutch this week, for a ACT 2100 with a 2G AWD disc. Since, my tranny isn't the same one. My 2nd speed enter with difficulty when I shift has 5000 RPM +, and it "grinch" when I enter it while shifting fast. I put BG syncro shift, what can give me these problems..

thank you

yeah, but before I change my clutch,.. every thing working well.

Now,.. the 2nd speed have difficulties to enter in hi RPM, the 4th speed, change his spot a little bit,.. and my back up is hard to enter.

I check my slave,.. and I see that the bolt is maybe striped, and when I press the clutch pedal,. the slave (body) move a little bit. So I fix it,. and now the speed working well, but at hi RPM, the 2nd gear dont enter more than before.

At neutral position, at speed of 50mph, I press de gaz for 6-7k rpm, and my left feet on the clutch pedal drop a littel bit more.

I dont now why. :(

Sounds like an extended slave cylinder pushrod will help. This will help disengage theclutch completly while shifting.

:| I'm not sure what you just said....

That little rod sticking out of the slave is a pushrod. If you get a longer one or make a longer one, the clutch will move further away from the flywheel when you disengage your clutch.

okok,.. but to make it longer,.. how I can do it,. it's to change the entire slave??.

No, same slave, longer rod that slides into it. Either buy one from taboospeedshop.com for like 30 bucks or take the rod out of the slave you have... weld another 1 inch piece onto the end of if to make it longer.
