So my car is not in the greatest shape by any means. But I had to go and pick up a friend about 75-80 away one way. The car made it there fine, shaking alittle at 75-80mph. On the way back we stopped at a fast food place, while waiting inline just after getting off the interstate I started seeing a stream of smoke or steam going by the passanger side window. I move the mirror down to check if its my car, and damn it was. The smoke/steam was comming from the right rear tire area. There was none on the driver side, and there was no wind. It did not smell anything like brakes, oil, gas, etc. After about 10min it stopped. On the way home nothing seemed different. Also, after about 45 more miles at 75-80mph, we stopped at a gas station and felt the rim, it was cold, and no smoke or noise.
Can a wheel bearing do that? We are in FL so it is very humid, so maybe condensation?
