boring a$$ canton, Ohio
I searched for this and its what I thought it was and that is condensation, and I only experience this on days when the temperature outside changes ie rain, humidity my question is being that I live in ohio and winter is around the corner can this affect my car for example frozen lines etc. Or should I not worry about this even though it would be 20 degrees outside?

Condensation in the exhaust is normal and a gift from mother nature heh heh. As for frozen lines? Are you talking about like coolant lines? That fluid has been treated so it won't freeze at 32 F like normal condensation would. If you have no leaks in your lines, then you won't be getting any condensation inside the lines to freeze them. Ice outside the lines and hoses should be okay. Once you start the car, ice will melt away. I live in TX. I never have to worry about the cold.
