Smog Question I Need Help!!!!

aight i just went to smog my car today and it failed. the paper says:

HC (PPM)
at idle
MAX-120
GP-270
MEAS-365 --FAIL

what does this mean? the guys said something about unburned fuel? it was a smog only station so they don't do repairs so he couldn't tell me what was causing it to fail....what do i do? (oh and they did the same test at 2500 RPM and i passed no problem...)

I just failed inspection because of the same thing. And every once in a while il get a ton of blue smoke pouring out of my exhaust. I dont know whats wrong, how much did replacing the cat help?

i changed the cat and put in some of that G2P stuff (guaranteed to pass, you can get it a kragens for like $5)......it brought all my emissions down.....

After - 74

i also had no measured CO% at all........
