small problem.. major pain

well heres the problem. ever since i installed my clutch and my supra smic i cant get my bov to recirc right. no matter wut tube i use or wut i try i can still hear it vent and its throwin a bad o2 voltage(.83) at wot. with it being a lean o2 it has to b on the intake pipe somewhere. anything else should b a boost leak which would cause a rich mixture. anyone got any ideas? i plan on taking all the charge piping off next weekend and takin a look but i just wanna know if im goin in the right direction.

do a boost leak test. that is the easiest way to find tour leak. Nobody on here can tell you where its at by just knowing you have a supra intercooler and a clutch has nothing to do with your a/f mixture.

boostleak test wont do anything. u wont get a low o2 on for a boost leak. u get a high number. and if i do a boostleak test i have to take the intake tube off which defeats the whole purpose. i guess i can try to push air through the lil nipple thats on the end of the mas and try for leaks on the intake tube. but im pretty sure it would just go out air filter instead of down to the turbo. can i push air through the vac line on the bov and have it flow thru the bov to the recirc tube?

Im sorry, Im not sure I understand your question/problem. You have your bov recirculated but you can still hear it vent? I dont understand what you mean by that.
Anyway Im not sure if this is the information you need but your bov opens under vacuum. If you want to see if it is opening or not, unhook the little vacuum hose on top of your bov and hook up a hand vacuum pump. Pump it until the bov opens. If it wont open under a sufficient amount of vacuum then it is stuck.

my .02 but couldn't you have the car running and spray mists of water around the BOV tube and possibly find a leak, do you have stock 2g BOV i didn't look at your profile i was just seeing that would be what i'd do and check all the nipples on the intake

ok heres a lil update. i actully did spray around the bov and i couldnt find any leaks. it seriously soundslike its comin back out the air filter but i doubt thats possible. im gonna drive the car this week and then take all the tubes off this weekend and c wut the hell is goin on. thanks missouri i appreicate your help. my bov isnt stuck either. i dunno wut happened with my intercooler install cause this all happened after i did the swap. worse comes to worse ill off the supra and just get a fmic.

! When you recirculate the bov, you're going to hear the noise coming from the air filter, especially with a metal intake pipe. Is it making a really loud whistling noise? The 1g does that sometimes. It kinda tripped me out when i first heard that too.
