I just wanted to know if anyone have ever had any problems with them, as far as shipping goes, cause i ordered a new main bearing set for my car., at first they said 7-10 buissness days. I waited the 10 days and called, they said that the product was on backorder and they were sending it out that day. Ok little pissed off but understandable. They said i would get it in 4-5 days. ok waited the 5 days and then called. They then said oh UPS lost your package were sending you another one today. They said it would take 4-5 day, ok today is the 4th day and still no package, im getting really pissed. I just wanted to see if this shit happens all the time with them or if its just this one time. Because as far as im concerned im not buying anything from them again.

tell them to give you a tracking number or youll have your card provider put a hold on the payment

if you get a tracking number id say its ok but if not then id givem a ear full

No, Never. I've done business with them many of times. I also know alot of people that do business on a regular basis.

most of my buddies buy from em,without any problems,once one of them had a similar problem and it took him about 1month to get his part,but for the most part,nothing but good things from em.I'm going to get my fuel pump from them in the near future.

never had a problem with them. always gave me a tracking number, if not i email them for one. got every part from them on schedule.

Check vendors-reviewed or other dsm forums that have a vendor review sections.
