Size of coolant hose

I have a small leak on this hose and I need to replace it, but since I only have one car I can't take the hose off and take it to the autoparts store. Does anybody know the size of this hose?

I'm looking for the size of the coolant return hose (The one that runs next to the head)

If you tell the guy at the parts store the year and model of your car they will be able to pull it up by part number for you.

Upper radiator hose.

The upper radiator hose is the one that's running up and down in that pic, I need the name of the one running parallel to the head. The hose that's about three inches long and is connected to the hard water pipe and the thermostat housing

You can use any generic 5/8" ID heater hose.
