there should be a stud comming out of the head, but they break off easily. you could always drill and extract the remains of the one in that hole and put a new one in, but i wouldnt worry about it

it will most likely cause a exhaust leak. I have the same damn broken stud and it leaks pretty good, leaving carbon and shit on my head.

I'm also missing that same exact one an there is a ton of carbon built up around it so yeah I would say that its safe to say that it leaks
