by who? a shop that makes them locally or online? i don't think you will get an online vendor to do it...

That's like asking, "How much does a car cost?"
There are many varibles that are going to affect the cost of short route piping.
* material (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc....)
* diameter of piping
* # of mandrel bends
* You will need silicon couplers and clamps

Your best bet is to take the car and Intercooler to any local speed shop/fabricator and tell them what you want done. This can be done for less than $100 or more than $300. It all depends on where you go, what they use, and how they do it.
