I drove the car sat night and it was fine. Woke up the next morning and anything above 45mph the car starts to shake. But... If I let off the gas it stops. So its only on the gas that it shakes. I looked under the car and checked the ball joints, tie rods, and cv joints and they all seem fine. Any ideas?

How did you "check" your CV joints? It sounds very much like CV joints or the shaft that runs to them. This past winter, the axle shaft that goes to my driver's side CV joint snapped the two bolts that were holding it to the engine block and my result was the same as what you are describing. Double check all of your drive axle shafts, etc.

I did a visual check to make sure they were not ripped and turned and rotated the wheels do make sure they werent hanging.

Does it clunck grind or make odd noise when you crank the wheel hard?

If yes :
New CV Shafts

If No :

Does it do it only at certain RPM range or Speed Range?

If yes, check for bad wheel alignment, wheels off balance. Etc.

If no, Not sure.

yes only above 45mph and it doesnt matter rpm. Only on the gas. I just talked with someone and they think it might be related to the flywheel. maybe a bolt being loose and throwing the fw out of balance. But I would think if it was the flywheel it would be at a certain rpm not speed.

You are right when you say that if it were a loose flywheel it would be at a certain RPM.

Going along with what Tanro said, is it possible that you may have hit a big bump, or an oddly shaped one that may have bent your rim after you were going slower than 45? Thats all I have for ideas...

no didnt hit anything the night before. Got off the highway it was fine. Drove to a hotel and woke up the next morning and as soon as i got above 45 it started. I know my alignment is out of wack but it was the night before also. I thought maybe a strap inside the tire went but when i pushed in the clutch it stopped

Your definitely having a an issue with something that rotates setting up a sympathetic vibration around 45mph. Just trouble shoot things that rotate starting with the most obvious(wheels, brake rotors, axels) moving to the least obvious ( flux capacitors )

I think i figured it out I check that last one and i have 1.4 jiggawatts instead of 1.21. *facepalm* duh.

maybe tomorrow night or this weekend ill swap from tires with my old ladys GS and see if that solves it. If it does gets who gets to go buy new tires.... Her LOL cause im keepin her wheels.
