Setting idle w/ lower TB block off plate ???

I have a lower TB block off plate on my car and I was wondering.........do I still have to go through the normal routine for setting the idle, or can I skip it since I don't have an ISC anymore?

Skip it, set the idle with the BISS on a wamr motor, and be prepared for crap cold starts (from my experiences, if I hold the throttle at 1500RPM for about 20 seconds on start, it's alright after that.)

Cool. I only drive it in the summer so it will only be a problem on a few cold mornings.
