Serious Lurching Problems...

I just replaced the fuel filter today, hoping to alleviate a problem with some shaking on the expressway after a couple hours of driving, over 55-60 mph. Fortunately, I managed to make my car worse in the process.

I also did oil/oil filter/air filter at the same time.

Spent 4-5 hours wrestling with the bottom nut (the 14mm) on the god awful 95 fuel filter....it's bad.

Anyway, finally get it off, bolt everything back up, and take off.

Of course this results in a violent lurching at pretty much anything over 10mph. The lurching is constant, and refueses to go awawy.

Anyopne with suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

Sounds like your plugs are fouled.. Check the plugs and plug wires, if you haven't already.

Agreed, don't be using any kind of fuel injector cleaner either.
