Sebring/Avenger sideskirts on a 2G?

I've never seen them swapped. I wonder if the sebrings 'high' skirts will go on a 2G? I mean the front ends are interchangable, but since there is a difference in bodylines I couldn't tell if they were too long, or short, etc....

I doubt that will look good on a 2g.

I doubt it would either but Im interested to see if anyone has done it in the past, cause everywhere i look says that the avenger/sebring are on an elongated 2G platform. So I wanted to know if "elongated platform" meant just the 3in. extended front clip or something else. Ive never seen 2G skirts on a sebring/avenger either so...

P.S.: I dont think that would look too bad on maybe a 2Gb talon... It would be a little more refined than the gill looking thing that comes on the door/quarter panel.

If that were true, that would mean that they have different wheel bases...?

WAIT?!? Then how did those guys make an AWD avenger a while back? Did they have a custom driveshaft???

Yes, custom ordered drive shafts.

I have a set of OEM 2G eclipse sideskirts that were lengthened to fit an avenger/sebring.

I'm not sure of the actualy difference. If you would like, we can take measurements from the door to the rear wheel well and compare.
