the project has never been closer to being finished as it is now. theres not much to inform people on at the moment because I'm not tellign everyone all info on production and some other stuff so just hold tight and they will be available soon. and dont check this thread for updates anymore...i usualy only post at the dsmtalk.com thread

i wonder if you could tell me who is supyling your lamps? im interested in doing somthing with a 2g... well just in the idea stage, but i would like to know what i have to work with, thanks...

sorry.. no can do. I'v spent the past 9 month researching and designing these and I have already given more info out on my proccess than i should have. I'm gonna be making stuff for other cars and models so I'm not giving any more info out about my methods and stuff. good luck with your project though!

I want to concentrate my time on designing products no one else has made or thought of. WHat do 2g people need? they already seem to have quite a wide selection but I dont have one so I dont know too much about them, and they already look great too...but if anyoen has an idea let me know

i think the projectors availible for the 2g suck... both interms of quality and looks, i supose the best available is the duel projector from apc... but i think that that leavs to much open space. they ones i am designing have a more effective high beam, as well as integrated fog lamp... thus putting all the lighs in one area. (no more fog light blocking ic problems) any way im gonna stop blabering until i get something concreate

I started this headlight conversion project back up again abotu a week agao. At my vocational school my teacher is allowing me to use all of my classtime to work on this project! ill keep everyone posted once in a while when i make big steps twards completion

heres a pic of the mothermold with fresh primer. I should be ready to make parts from this mold in like a week or two. sorry but Please dont bombard me with a bunch of questions. and i cant predict when they will be completely finished. YES i will be mass producing them

Im not sure if this counts for bombardment or not but what is going on with the actual lighting? Are you going to just buy fog lights and put them in there or have you found a different housing you can use?

heres a pic of the mother mold for the left side which is just abotu done. THe only thing left to do on it is wetsand the dirt nibs out of the paint and wait 30 days before i can apply any mold release so that the paint can properly cure.
