i bought a fadanza light flywheel and when i got it i noticed a little scrath about 2-3 thousands thick about 1/4 a inch long. should i be worried about this?

I would say no, but hopefully someone who has been around DSM's awhile will chime in. When I was into Hondas we would always take fine grit sandpaper and scuff the surface of the flywheel prior to installing for more grip, not sure if this was good/bad but I never had any problems. Really if you think about it, it makes sense b/c it would grip better than a mirrored surface but then again i'm not a certified mechanic so hopefully someone will add something more. :dsm: :thumb:

Is this new? Ask Fidanza. Better, make them replace it. For their prices they should come to the house, do the install, and give you a foot massage.

LOL for real. yea its new

Really? I bought my fidanza for much less than the ACT brand new through titan motorsports.
