Should know I hear in the states there are schools closed because it's too cold even though it's only like -30.

True story.

Should know that's pretty sad. Here schools are never actually closed, just school buses don't run below -40*C so kids don't have to walk down their driveway when it's so cold.

Why is it so cold everywhere though??? Even south

Should know it's just one of those years. Last year we had lots of snow, this year lots of cold, it goes up and down.

Its not only because its so cold but because the roads are snow packed (at least where I live) and now have a nice glazing of ice over them that makes it super interesting to watch other people drive on them.

And knows that it isn't supposed to warm up until tomorrow.

Should know those kinda roads are just everyday life here. I guess it's a little different when you guys aren't used to it and don't have winter tires.

Oh I'm used to it. most others are not. Plus I live right on the west great lake side and we usually get pounded by snow from the lake. They close schools so that stupid people don't hit buses or kids and kill them.
