Where you get the barley fed beef. Maybe thats an ontario thing? I'm still new here

Should know at least here in western Canada there is very little corn grown so cattle are fed barely instead of corn, which makes them taste better. The US just has this love affair with corn for some unknown reason.

Ours for example are put on pasture for summer (grass) then fed grain and hay over the winter, making them taste delicious without being too fatty.
