General S-AFC throttle position wrong

I installed my s-afc and the throttle position reads 0% at idle and 100% for everything else even if my foot is barely touching the gas pedal but my logger reads the correct percent, what can this be??

This should go without saying but check all your connections again make sure you have the right pin on the ECU.

well i didnt actually install it but i had this shop install it, they said my check engine light is on for tps but its apparently not
