running rich (stock fuel)

I just did an engine rebuild and now its running rich. Is there anyway to adjust the stock fuel so i dont run super rich?

well, is there any other way to fix this problem since i am low on cash right now. also why is my car running rich when it is on stock fuel and turbo. only thing done is exhaust and intake and uicp and type s bov
