Sorry If I posted again about this but, I know I have a different set up and all but I'll start. 3inch all the way down. Stock t25, a few bolt ons ( injen intake. Greedy type rs. I'm wondering if it ok for my rings and valves and all that if I run 15psi. As far as I know the engine stuff inside is all stock.

If the engine is in good condition the stock internals can handle it. Mine is stock and I am running 14psi right now. Just remember that your fuel cut is at 16psi so you wont want it to spike above that unless you have done some mods to handle the fuel.

Well see it was smoking a little and smelt like a BBQ. Like really a BBQ or something like that. What could that be?

And it wasn't a steady smoke it was like on and off. And I know one of my valve seals are leaky but I don't know If that would do that would it?

LOL never had a car smell like bbq. Were u eating a turkey leg while fixing something under the hood??

The smoking could be from the valve seals gettin up there in age and now that theyre seeing more boost theyre leaking.

Lol a turkey leg no man. Why would I eat if If was working? Haha that's funny tho.

I don't know, say when I get the time and money I'm redoing the seals tho.

Hah turkey leg. I'm gong to lmaf for a long time.

As long as your wideband is telling you that your air fuel mixture is good then go for it.If you are on pump gas then shoot for the 11.1 range,if you are getting into higher boost and getting lean readings then adjust for it or turn it down until you get your a/f under control.
And yeah, bad valve seals will definately make your car smoke, mine was most noticeable at idle when i had that issue. What color was the smoke?Check your shaft play on your turbo too,if you've just turned up the boost and you are just noticing it,then it could be that as well.

None of these posts have truly been helpful. No two motors are the same, you should have a way to log before turning up the boost... ever. You really need to know if it's knocking or not.
