420A Rubber to Braided AN fuel lines

Im trying to fix and issue on my car and I believe its fuel pressure related, so I ordered a new fuel pressure regulator from summit. Im an idiot and didn’t realize that this regulator is designed for braided AN lines and not the rubber ones I currently have. I know I can probably just get AN to barb adapters but I kind of like the idea of having upgraded fuel lines because i do plan to make more power later. How much of the AN lines do I need to buy? I’ve attached a picture of my current unknown ebay regulator and my brand new one

I'm positive.

The previous owner is the one who installed it and was adamant about the setup not needing an FMU and he relocated the FPR to the engine bay for some reason. I'm guessing he’s more of a Honda guy cause I remember him telling me his reasoning was because he knows Hondas are one way and just assumed the DSM would be the same.

But I'm positive it's the regulator

If you're not wanting to do the full line upgrade yet, you could probably an adapter nipple to replace one of those.

If you are looking at doing the lines now, decide if you want to run e85 eventually. If you do then you're going to want to get PTE lines, if not then you'd be fine getting regular steel braided.

Just remember if you decide to do the lines then you'll probably want to go ahead and get AN fittings, on upgraded fuel filter, possibly a fuel rail, and the adapter fittings for the fuel hanger.

I believe you'll be good with about 20 ft of -6 AN, but you might want to get 30 just in case. I went overkill and I have 10AN lines running from my tank to my filter, 8AN lines running from my filter to my rail and regulator, and then 6AN return line
