I'm not saying dont order from there, just askin if other people are having problems!!! Their prices wereright for me at the time and i hope everything goes as planned!!! :talon:

Hmmm... I ordered my turbo back exhaust from them the 13th of last month, emailed them last week and was told it'd ship last Weds... No sign of it, emailed them on Fri of last week to confirm ship and haven't heard from them since. Blah, I hate companies that lie about shit like that. I woulda cancelled my order by now but they charge something crazy like 30% on cancelled items.

Theyve been known to take forever on their exhausts and shipping. Thats all i know.

RnR people are very busy people man. One thing to remember is that they custom make our products they dont just have them lying around. When i ordered my 3" downpipe and 3" o2 it was suppose to take 2-3 days since i live like 2 hours away but i took about two weeks reason being is because they had my product made in a week but they gave me a call and let me know that they needed more time because the o2 would'nt clear the oil filter so i said allright. two days later i recieved my products and im telling u its was worth the wait. So fellas slow your role and remember art takes time so be patient. RnR's products are worth the wait and their prices are not bad either. I highly recommend their products.Lates!

I worked in retail sales for 6 years, and have owned my own business that, among other things, has to handle custom orders for customers, and regardless of how busy a company is it's disrespectful to their customers to supply misleading information about the status of their order. My business wouldn't still be open after two years of satisfied customers if I ran it that way. I can understand having an order take awhile if it requires a lot of work, but I expect to be told precisely how long it will take, not led along expecting to receive something three weeks before I actually do. I hope the product is good, and that it's worth it, so I can relay positive feedback about RNR. But they are testing my patience, heh.

It took about 6 weeks for my turboback to arrive. But it was worth the wait. You cant beat a full 3 inch turboback for 500 bucks. The fit was perfect, it looks good, sounds great. Other than waiting a little while you cant go wrong.
