Newmarket,
get a set of eibach springs, but you have to get shocks too then, stock ones shouldn't be used with lowering springs. eibach is 1.5in drop i belive, if you got the money, get a stage 1coilover set up from good brand, and you'll be happy, most are height adjustable, , and adjustable damper as well. it'll cost you few hundred more than spring/shock set up. i wanted to reduce a bit of wheel gap as well, i should have gotten coilovers, my ride is a bit too low for me, and i might have to raise it back up before the winter, and put the stock springs on. but in the summer otherwise i love it. i got eibach and tokico hp shocks, daily driver. it's not too harsh for daily driver, but stiffer than stock. i think the coilovers will be stiffer however.
