Rims - Hyper Black

Well I have been looking for some 18s for my 2g. I was going to go chrome, however, I have changed my mind and am willing to look at other options. My car is going to be painted a blue/purple pearl so I am not sure what would look best. I am not sure about straight black rims. I am liking polished rims. Not big on silver.

Anyways, I have came across this Hyper Black rim. The picture I see of it almost looks like it has a polished look. Is this true? Or are they black? Maybe it would be cool if they had a chameleon black/polished look. I'm curious because another company had a picture of one that looked almost black.

Hyper black is like a dark chrome color, depending on company. I've actually seen chameleon paint jobs done on wheels, and it looks pretty cool if you get it done right. Hope that helps.
