Right Side Fender Skirt Piece?

I have a white '95 talon TSI and i need to know what the passenger side lower fender piece is called. Its the side skirt, but just on the front fender...well i need one... so if anyone knows of this part and where one is, let me know thanx...
 
I always called them door caps, but --^^ is right, caps officially calls them "air dam, side, front (left or right)".
