Rewire Kit needed for a 255lp pump?

The title pretty much sums up the question at hand. Do I need a rewire kit if im going to use a Walbro 255lp Fuel pump with 680-880cc injectors? I see them on ebay for about 20 shipped and they are 10ga wire. Will I need one then?

If you are still running your pump on the stock wire you definately want to rewire it because the stock wire is a small gauge wire. this way you will have less voltage drop and therefore a more consistant flow of fuel

yes do it the stock wire is to big of a restriction for a big pump. If you didn't you might as well size down your fuel line to like 1mm. Same kind of principals work for electric and plumbing as far as flow goes. I would also consider regrounding it if you kit has ground wire too.

Realistically, everyone should do the fuel pump rewire, whether they have an upgraded pump or not.
You get a more consistant fuel flow, leading to more reliable running, even before you get into tuning. Tuning, you eliminate one more variable that can make your life hell when you have a stable, reliable fuel pressure.
