All I know about alignment is what I've read here and heard way back in an intro class. I'm not very sure on all of it yet. I installed Tein H-tech springs (-.8"F -.9"R) and Tokico Illuminas all the way around. I wrote up a review in the tech article product review section if anyone wants to know what I think of the combo. I took my car to get aligned today and just wanted to ask about my print out to make sure my assumption are correct and I'm not confusing anything.

Front

Left Camber Before: -.7* After: -.7*
Right Camber Before: -1.4* After: -1.5*

Left Caster Before/After: 4.1*
Right Caster Before/After: 5.3*

Left and Right Toe both after: 0in

Rear

Left Camber before and after: -1.8*
Right Camber before and after: -2.1*

Left toe before: 1/8in After: 1/16in
Right toe before: 3/16in After 1/16in
(both "before" readings were written in red. I'm guessing that means (-) numbers)

There's a lot of other stuff on there I don't under stand like cross camber caster and SAI, total toe, and thrust angle but I'll just have to learn those later.

So if I'm not mistaken, caster is in spec, camber is slightly off buy nor horrible (?) and toe is good front and back? I'm guessing they set the rear toe to 1/16in on purpose rather than 0 to promote stability while braking? Is that too much for a lowered car or is it ok?

Also, is the difference between right and left camber and caster normal or bad? For example, the FL -.7* is in spec but the FR is out of spec at -1.5*. The -1.5* isn't too awful bad but is it bad that the left and right are so different?

ok I guess that's my only real concern. Any comments on anything else would be apprciated also. Thanks for any comments.

with out checking my alignment rack PC at work i can not tell they look about right
all car's have a set amount of caster, camber and toe
because of steering angles and turning radius
and let's not forget the road angle in mi it's 7 deg
so i will look up the info at lunch if i get a chance

Most 2Gs lean left, which is why you have more right camber than left. Late 96s+ have more right caster than left, although this is fixable. Zero front and 1/8" total toe-in rear is in spec, although less rear toe would be kinder to your tires.

Equalizing late-2G caster has been covered many times and is even mentioned in the stickies.

I looked it up and the guy's did a good job
becuase it is lower it makes it all change
but i would called it good and sent it on it's way :thumb:
