All I can say is WOW, best suspension setup I have had. I think its mostly the springs however, because I have used stock springs, tokico springs, and skunk 2 coilovers on tokico blue shocks and they rode like ass.

The drop is 1.4 in the rear and 1.7 up front, which makes the car perfectly level. None of that horrible rearend sag look.

This is also a very affordable suspension setup, www.speedcustoms.com sells the spring for $175, I ordered then at around noon one day, and had a tracking number emailed to me by 2:00, and that was an ACTIVE tracking number, not a "billing info recieved" bs.

I currently have koni yellows and H&R oe sports, a bit better than stock but still ride is crappy for my taste especially over borken pavement, the whole back seems to rattle like crazy, 98Tsi, are you using the red colored springs that lower the car 1.5"?

Ill run through the suspensions Ive used. On my 98 talon AWd I used stock, rode alright, but kind of bouncy and loose.
I then put tokico blue shocks with tokico red 1.75" drop springs on it. The package you can get from them. It was a little too low for my taste, and rode a little rougher than stock, but got rid of the looseness.
I then tried skunk2 coilovers on tokico blue shocks, yuck, thats all Ill say.

I then swapped stock susp. back onto the 98 talon. And threw the tokico blue shocks paired with the stock springs on my 95 talon. Rode like complete ass, squatted horribly when you accelerated, felt every little bump, bouncy etc.
So I ordered H&R Sport springs (no OE Sport) since they were about the lowering I wanted. I noticed on this car the front sat higher than the rear (with stock shocks and tokico blues) so the 1.4" rear drop and 1.7" front seems very good.
Well turned out it was, the car sits perfectly level and the ride quality is great. I only really feel the bigger bumps, and the car doesnt bounce. The H&R Sport springs are dark blue.

You talked about the ride and looks, but how does it handle? Also, just out of curiosity, what spring rates are those springs?

Handles great also, I took a right hand corner at 30mph yesterday to test it out, didnt slip a bit, just took the corner perfect.

i have been told that H&R springs are designed to be in use with KONI shocks. Now i kno your ride is great as you say, but might it be better to get koni shocks instead?

Did you sell the tokico combo?
